Currently, the southern Brazil state Rio Grande de Sul suffers from severe flooding due to wind and heavy rain falls. About 540 000 persons had to leave their homes, and even more are indirectly affected. The greatest problems next to the immense damages are at the moment: Lack of clean water, lack of electricity, shortage of medical supplies, cold weather, risk of inflation and robbery, while the rains are still ongoing.

We currently have a gospel & humanitarian aid mission from May 28 to June 10 2024 around Porto Alegre, in cooperation with and under the leadership of a Brazil experienced brother and in cooperation with local brothers and sisters in Christ. 

The current project's scope is:

• Distribution of blankets, food packages, cleaning material, etc.

• Distribution of gospel literature

• Help wherever help is needed
